I, CA Vikash Jain, have had the privilege of holding various leadership roles within The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, including committee member, branch secretary, chairman, and Regional Council member. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of our profession’s strengths and the challenges we face, fueling my desire to contribute further to our collective growth and success.

As a candidate for the CCM election, I am committed to a vision that focuses on empowering every member and student of ICAI. My core values are integrity, transparency, and a steadfast commitment to the growth of our community. Together, we can strengthen our profession, uplift our members, and build a brighter future for all.

For ICAI as a Whole:
  • Improved IT Infrastructure: Enhance the ICAI website and IT infrastructure to create a seamless interface for all members.
  • Addressing Membership Issues: Tackle issues related to KYM, fee payments, and other administrative challenges.
  • Building a Strong Alumni Network: Establish a strong alumni network that fosters collaboration and mutual support among CAs.
For Members in Practice:
  • Standardized Technological Resources: Develop standardized software, technological resources, and knowledge banks to empower practicing members.
  • Stronger Government Representation: Advocate for stronger representation before the government to address the challenges our members face.
  • Support During Tough Times: Provide critical support to members facing regulatory challenges, including those involving NFRA and disciplinary actions.
For Members in Industry:
  • Upskilling through Management Programs : Facilitate tie-ups with top B-Schools to offer management programs that enhance the skills of our members.
  • 24/7 Online Placement Portals: Develop comprehensive online portals for both new and experienced CAs, ensuring they have continuous access to career opportunities.
  • Direct Recruitment in Government Offices: Work to create direct recruitment pathways for CAs into top government positions.
  • SAP/ERP Training: Providing training facilities on SAP/ERP which will be an added advantage to their corporate experience.
For Women CAs:
  • Career Resumption Opportunities : Create flexible working opportunities for women CAs returning to the profession after a break.
  • Enhanced Participation in ICAI Events: Address the unique challenges faced by women CAs to increase their participation in ICAI events.
For Students:
  • Enhancing Educational Quality : Improve the quality of MCS, Orientation, Advanced ITT, and ITT programs to better prepare students for their careers.
  • Supporting Underprivileged Students: Provide greater support to underprivileged students, helping them to achieve their academic goals and reach their full potential.
